Q: How long will it take to get our finished wedding films? 

A: Your films will be delivered via USB no later than 6-8 weeks after your wedding day. We know you are anxious to see your films so we aim to have your highlight online within 3 weeks of your wedding day.  

Q: What sort of deposit is required to book you for our wedding day? 

A: We require a 50% retainer fee to secure our services. The remaining 50% is due 1 month prior to your wedding day. We will happily accept monthly payments, should you choose to do this, or you can pay off the balance 1 month prior. 

Q: How much should I budget for videography? 

A: Your wedding day will be over in the blink of an eye. The cake and champagne will be gone and you'll be left with an everlasting reminder of your wedding day- your photos and films. Budget the same amount for your videographer that you would for your photographer. Photos and film are equally important. 

Q: How many weddings do you book per month? 

A: We only book up to 2 weddings per month but no more than 20 a year. We do this to ensure we provide the best service to each and every couple & have a healthy work/life balance.  

Q: Will I be able to hear my wedding vows clearly in my videos? 

A: Absolutely!  We use a lapel microphone on both the groom and officiant to get the clearest, cleanest audio to hear everything you say to each other.

Q: Can I choose the song you use for my highlight video? 

A: Due to music licensing laws, we purchase the rights to use music in our videos. We choose music that is unique and fits your wedding style. We are open to suggestions on a certain style of music but cannot use music that we don't buy the rights to. We use www.songfreedom.com to purchase songs. This cost is included in your package. 

Q: Can I get all of the raw footage from my wedding day? 

A: At this time, we don't offer raw footage to our clients; however, we do offer a "bonus footage" reel with some of our packages. The bonus footage reel is a compilation of the majority of the clips we take on your wedding day, set to music. 

Q: Do you charge for travel expenses?

A: A travel fee will apply when we travel 50 miles outside of Cypress, Texas. 

Q: Are you insured?

A: We are fully insured and happy to provide documentation to your wedding church/venue, if requested. 

Q: What sort of equipment do you use? 

A: We film with 2 Sony a7s and 1 Sony a6300 cameras. Our lenses include  2- 24-105mm f/4L, a 70-200 mm f/2.8L, 2- 50mm f/1.8, and a 24mm f/2.8. For your wedding ceremony, we use 3 cameras on tripods, placed strategically to capture the best angles of your ceremony. We place a lapel microphone on both the officiant and groom to capture crystal clear audio. For the reception, we use 2 cameras on tripods, monopods, or an iKan gimbal. We also utilize a DJI Phantom 3 pro drone to capture aerial views of your ceremony and reception venue(s). Lastly, we use an Edelkrone slider throughout your wedding day to capture fluid movement and add depth to your wedding films.
